Sage Fund Accounting Version 10.2.6 & HIRE Act Information

Does Your Organization Qualify for the 2010 HIRE Act? The bill encourages employers to hire unemployed workers by exempting certain wages from Social Security taxes, and by providing employers with a $1,000 tax credit if new hires are retained for at least 52 consecutive weeks.

 

Sage MIP Fund Accounting Version 10.2.6 is now available, featuring:

  • Significant functionality improvements to Accounts Payable Credit Memos
  • Improved payroll reporting and local/other taxes, including the removal of the local tax limits
  • Additional leave code calculations as well as new garnishment capabilities
  • Sales order improvements to cash sales and user audit tracking
  • In-product links to Sage Nonprofit Community and Sage Software Online
  • Database field encryption with the Advanced Security module
